Design: card folder covered with dark brown paper; title printed in gold with a gold oval on front which has a tongue on the top half which fits into a slot on lower half; inside folder is printed the directions for playing 9 gambling games.

The gramophone disc is used instead of a dice and other methods to control the play of the games. One side has the Race Game and the other side the rest of the games.
