Graduation Cards - High School

Betty Ann Barr's Graduation

By Doug Boilesen 2023

Betty went to Grand Island High School for her Junior and Senior years instead of Cotesfield High School since her mother thought she would get a better education in a larger school.

The following are graduation cards received by Betty Ann in 1943. They are ephemera from a moment in time given by her closest relatives and friends.

The names of those signing the cards have all from our time and sight withdrawn but they are 'spoken" here to remember them or in the ancient Egyptian belief to make them live again.
